Delivery Information

Shipping Courier Service

All items are sent on a signature courier delivery service. This means items are tracked & insured so in the event of any issues, you are covered on lost items that have not been signed for (unless you request the courier to leave the package without a signature).

Delivery Times

When we receive your order, our aim is to dispatch it without delay and have it to you within 1~3 working days (Monday to Friday).

Provided that we have received your order before 3pm, items that are in stock will be dispatched on the same day (Monday to Friday).

Please note : Delivery times are estimates based on the courier companies suggested delivery time. Please allow an extra 1~2 days for rural deliveries.

Shipping Rates

The actual shipping cost will be calculated and presented to you before you submit your order. Each product has a shipping guide that will advise if the item qualifies for free shipping or provides an estimate of the shipping cost for that particular item. There is an additional nominal charge for rural delivery and oversize products. 

Tracking Your Order

Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the delivery time frame, our staff will provide you courier track information and will advise if any potential courier issues have occurred. We are happy to assist you with any courier investigation.
